How do SmartSize pricing plans work?

SmartSize pricing is based on unique visitors who receive a size recommendation per calendar month.

Each plan includes a monthly quota of unique visitors.
Your quota is tied to the calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of the month) and automatically resets at the start of each new calendar month.

A unique visitor is counted once per calendar month, no matter:

  • how many quizzes they complete

  • how many products they view

  • how many times they return during that same month

Example

  • Sarah visits your store on March 5 and completes a size quiz → 1 visitor for March

  • Sarah completes additional quizzes on other products → still 1 visitor

  • Sarah returns several times in March → still 1 visitor

  • Sarah visits again in April → counted again for April

This allows visitors to explore freely while keeping your monthly quota protected.

Where can I see my usage?

You can track usage directly inside the SmartSize AI Fit Recommender app:

  1. Go to Home

  2. Scroll to the Metrics section

  3. The first metric shows how many unique visitors have received recommendations in the current calendar month

Can I see usage from previous months?

Yes.
Below the current metrics, you’ll find a monthly usage chart showing how many visitors received size recommendations in previous calendar months.

This helps you understand traffic patterns and choose the right plan.

Can I stay on the Free plan?

Yes.
The Free plan is ideal for stores that are just getting started or have limited traffic.

If you reach the 50-visitor limit within a calendar month:

  • New visitors (starting from visitor #51) will see a 5-second delay before receiving their recommendation

  • Returning visitors are not affected

  • The delay is automatically removed when your quota resets at the start of the next calendar month

You can stay on the Free plan for as long as you like.

What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?

If you are in a paid plan and you exceed your plan’s quota within a calendar month:

  • An overage fee per additional visitor applies (based on your plan)

  • Overage charges apply only to new visitors beyond your quota

  • Recommendations are never blocked

To avoid surprises, SmartSize always sends an email warning before you reach your limit.

When does my quota reset?

Your quota resets automatically on the first day of each calendar month.

Unused visitors do not roll over to the next month.

What happens if I install SmartSize in the middle of a month?

If you install SmartSize mid-month, your quota is pro-rated for that calendar month.

This means:

  • Your available visitor quota is adjusted based on the number of days remaining in the month

  • You are charged only for the portion of the month during which the app is active

  • On the first day of the next calendar month, your plan resets to the full monthly quota

Example

If you install SmartSize on March 15:

  • Your March quota is calculated proportionally for March 15–31

  • On April 1, your quota resets to the full monthly allowance of your plan
