Beyond the button itself, you can also customize how the quiz popup looks when shoppers open it. These settings control the accent color, measurement units, and an optional support link.
1. Open the Quiz Settings
Go to Online Store → Themes → Edit theme
Navigate to your Product template and click the Button for size quiz block
Scroll down past the button settings to find the Quiz settings section
2. Set the Accent Color
The Accent color is used throughout the quiz popup for interactive elements — buttons, progress indicators, and highlights.
Enter a hex color code (e.g. #000000 for black, #FF5733 for coral)
Use the color picker to select a color visually
Tip: Use your store's primary brand color for a consistent experience.
3. Choose the Default Measurement Unit
The Default measurement unit determines whether shoppers see metric (cm/kg) or imperial (in/lbs) by default:
Store locale (auto-detect) — Automatically picks the right unit system based on your store's locale settings. This is the recommended option for most stores
Metric (cm/kg) — Always show metric units
Imperial (in/lbs) — Always show imperial units
Shoppers can always switch between metric and imperial during the quiz, regardless of the default.
4. Add a Support Link (Optional)
You can display an optional support link below the size recommendation. This gives shoppers a way to reach out if they need help.
Display support link — Toggle this on to show the link
Support link text — The message shoppers see (e.g. Not sure? Email us — we'll help you choose the right size.)
Support link URL — Where the link points to. This can be an email address (mailto:[email protected]), a contact page URL, or a chat link
5. Save Your Changes
Click Save in the top-right corner. Open the quiz on your storefront to verify the new accent color, measurement unit, and support link look right.
