The fit quiz button's label (default FIND MY SIZE) and the recommendation message (default Your size is [[recommendedSize]]) live in your theme's SmartSize Fit quiz extension, and per-language versions are managed in Shopify's free Translate & Adapt app — shoppers automatically see the version that matches their language. In SmartSize, open Settings → Fit quiz button → Translations: the card walks you through the three steps below, with buttons that take you straight to the right place.

Step 1: Set the default label and message
Click Open theme extension to open the SmartSize Fit quiz app embed in the theme editor, then edit Button text and Recommendation text. These are the fallbacks shown whenever no translation exists for the shopper's language. (The same panel also controls the button's look — see How to style your fit quiz button.)

Step 2: Add a translation per language
Click Open Translate & Adapt (or open the Translate & Adapt app from your Shopify admin).

In Translate & Adapt, go to Theme → App embeds.

Select SmartSize – Fit quiz in the sidebar and pick the language at the top — here Spanish. The Reference column shows your defaults. Fill in both rows: the button label (for example ENCUENTRA TU TALLA) and the recommendation text (TU TALLA ES [[recommendedSize]]) — translate the surrounding words but keep [[recommendedSize]] exactly as it is. Click Save, and repeat for each language you want to cover.

Step 3: Verify on the storefront
Switch your storefront to the translated language — use your theme's language selector, or the language switcher at the bottom of the theme editor's preview.

Then open a product that's linked to an active fit quiz and confirm the button label updates — here it now reads ENCUENTRA TU TALLA instead of FIND MY SIZE. Run the quiz too, to check that the recommendation message comes back translated with the shopper's size filled in.

💡 Tip: you don't need to translate every language — any language without a translation simply falls back to your defaults, shown in Translate & Adapt's Reference column. Just keep [[recommendedSize]] intact in every translated recommendation message: it's replaced at runtime with the shopper's recommended size.
