How to change the recommendation format: detailed vs simple view

Pick whether shoppers finish the fit quiz with a detailed fit visualization or a clean size-only result — and choose how the recommendation is explained.

At the end of the fit quiz, shoppers land on a result screen with their recommended size. You decide what that moment looks like: a detailed fit breakdown, or a clean size-only view. In SmartSize, open Settings and pick Size recommendation under Fit quiz settings.

Detailed view (the default)

Detailed view is selected by default — it's the format new stores start with.

On your storefront, shoppers see their recommended size next to a body illustration that shows how the garment fits each zone — for example a relaxed fit at the waist and a perfect fit at the hips. They can switch sizes to compare the fit, edit their measurements, or open the size chart. It's the right choice when fit details help shoppers buy with confidence.

Simple view

Prefer a minimal finish? Select Simple view and save. This panel also holds a second choice, Recommendation text, which controls how the recommendation is worded — more on that below.

With Simple view, shoppers see their size front and center — no body illustration, just the recommendation with a one-line explanation and the same options to switch sizes or edit measurements. It suits stores that want a calm, uncluttered result screen.

Choose how the recommendation is worded

Below the view cards, Recommendation text controls how the recommended size is explained. Advanced message tells shoppers why the size fits — for example "Your bust, waist and hips all fit comfortably in M — a confident match." Simple message keeps it to a single sentence: "Based on your measurements, we recommend size M." Pick whichever matches your store's tone; it works with both views.

💡 Tip: this page sets your store-wide default. A single quiz can use a different view: in that quiz's editor, open its Size recommendation card and switch from Use store default to a quiz-specific choice.
