Which plan do I need?
SmartSize has a free plan with basic size charts, and paid plans that add more charts, design options, and — on Pro — fit quizzes with AI size recommendations. The right plan depends on three things: whether you want fit quizzes, how many size charts you publish, and how many shoppers receive a size recommendation each month.

Pro 100 is available directly in the Shopify App Store. Higher tiers are available through smartsize.io, and appear in the app when your store approaches its limit.
How the monthly recommendation quota works
A size recommendation is counted once for each unique shopper who receives a recommendation during a calendar month.
A shopper gets their first recommendation this month — counts as 1
The same shopper comes back and retakes the quiz this month — counts as 0 more
A different shopper gets a recommendation — counts as 1 more
Only shoppers who actually receive a SmartSize recommendation count toward the quota — not your total store visitors.
What happens if I reach my limit?
SmartSize uses flat monthly pricing — there are no automatic overage charges. If your store outgrows its Pro tier, upgrade to the next tier for more monthly recommendations.
